Formstack Streamline
We’ve added a new product to our portfolio of products - introducing Formstack Streamline!
Formstack Streamline is an easy-to-manage, no-code process automation platform. It was purpose-built to make life easier for IT - and therefore everyone else - because it provides IT with a secure way for anybody to build secure, error-free, data-rich, zero data retention workflows with automatic prefill into forms, documents, and eSignatures.
Formstack Streamline helps reduce costs and risks while enhancing efficiency by enabling IT to:
- consolidate vendors
- bridge technology gaps
- automatically classify sensitive data
- seamlessly integrate with multiple data sources (including EHRs and SQL databases
- empower team members to securely streamline workflows with ease.
Moving forward, we will include feature updates to Formstack Streamline in our product update emails.

Administration
You now have faster and easier access to our robust help content while logged into your account, using our new Support Chat. To access the Support Chat, navigate to the “i” information icon in the top navigation bar to open the Resource Center, and select “Support Chat”.
We added an API for users of our Subaccount feature. The new Subaccounts API allows you to manage and interact with subaccounts within your organization. This API provides endpoints for listing subaccounts and retrieving their associated application API keys. You can then use the app-specific API key to conduct actions via Forms or Documents API. Learn more in this API documentation.
Formstack Forms
We added a new feature that allows you to Auto Delete Form Submissions. You can now set a date period for saved submissions to be removed from the application after a specified number of days, so you can easily be compliant with your set data retention policies.
The Auto Delete Form Submissions feature is only available with the Enhanced Data Security or Formstack for Healthcare Add-ons. Learn more in this help article.
We also added a new table field type. You can now build a table, using the new “Table” field type, and build out a table with columns and rows to collect data, which is ideal for collecting large data sets. Learn more in this help article.
Formstack Sign
Our eSignature product now supports an additional 14 languages. View the full list of supported languages here.
Formstack for Salesforce
We upgraded our API to Salesforce’s API v60 in Documents for Salesforce and Salesforce’s API v63 in Forms for Salesforce

Administration
- Users can now accept invitatio ns to join additional organizations (separate Formstack accounts) without needing to log out and log back in, streamlining the onboarding process.
- Defect fix:
- We fixed a defect that caused incorrect discount savings to display while on trial. The calculation now reflects the correct savings.
Formstack Forms
- Added support to change text font on form field inputs in the Theme Editor.
- Added Forms Workflows specific fields to the In Progress Submission export:
- Currently Active Step (Name)
- Assigned-to Person (Name of person assigned to the active step)
- Defect fixes:
- Resolved an error that occurred when copying large tables.
- Adjustments were made to ensure consistent signature sizing on the submission page and generated PDFs.
- Fixed a defect where deleting large batches of submissions sometimes caused timeout errors.
- Internal field labels now correctly pass through to Stripe during transactions.
- Fixed a defect that caused large submission exports to fail.
Formstack Documents
- We've enhanced the functionality of the Formstack Documents Reports page by introducing a dedicated email filter, enabling more granular insights into email deliverability. This update allows users to filter reports by specific email addresses and view detailed delivery status information. The email report now clearly indicates whether an email was successfully delivered, bounced, or blocked, offering greater transparency and improved tracking of email performance.
- Defect fixes:
- Resolved an issue where the data route email delivery was not being triggered when rerunning a submission.
Formstack Forms for Salesforce
Defect fixes:
- Resolved an issue that prevented forms from loading properly in the Community.
- Resolved inability to receive eSignature verification email.
- Resolved inability to save attachments on Salesforce Notes and Attachments.
- Resolved failed submissions that appear as pending instead of failed.
- Resolved an issue when the field width was adjusted and the settings did not autosave after the page was refreshed.
- Resolved an issue where the style editor does not load background images.
